FAQ’s

Q: What types of treatment do you offer?

A: We offer all levels of care — including detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), standard outpatient, sober living, and holistic healing retreats. We also support primary mental health cases and programs for men, women, and couples.

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Yes. We accept most private insurance plans and will help you verify your benefits, understand your options, and navigate any out-of-pocket costs before you commit to anything

Q: Can couples go to treatment together?

A: Absolutely. We work with select programs that specialize in treating couples in recovery — while still supporting individual healing and accountability.

Q: What’s the difference between residential and outpatient care?

A: Residential treatment is full-time, 24/7 care in a structured facility. Outpatient care allows you to live at home (or in sober living) while attending scheduled treatment sessions during the day or evening.

Q: Do you only place people in luxury rehab centers?

A: No. While we partner with many high-end programs, we also work with trusted, ethical facilities across a wide range of price points. We prioritize fit and quality of care over fancy amenities.

Q: What if I’m not sure what level of care I need?

A: That’s exactly what we’re here for. We’ll talk through your goals, history, and current needs — then guide you toward the best path forward. No pressure, just support.
